PATRICIA A. MONTELEONE (nee Wtulich), Ocotber 11, 1940-March 23, 2019; dearly beloved wife and companion of Joseph Monteleone; wonderful mother and friend of Theresa Miller (Tammy) and Sandra Monteleone-Tancredi (Debbie); best grandmother of Lindsay Rivera (Danny) and Ali Miller; the best great grandmother to her honey bunny Gavin Weisheit; dearest loving sister of Kathy Amigo (Isidro, deceased); daughter of Stella and Raymond Wtulich (both deceased); beloved aunt, cousin and friend to many; sister-in-law of Dominic and Dolores Monteleone. Pat was a wonderful person to everyone she knew. She loved life and would keep you laughing with her wit and humor.  She will be sadly missed by all her know her and heaven will be a brighter place because of her.  Friends may call at GOLUBSKI DELIBERATO FUNERAL HOME 4747 TURNEY RD. Prayers will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 9:30am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Saints Peter and Paul Church at 10:00am.
