Bonnie Lou Mormile (nee McMillen) age 71 of Garfield Heights, passed away on June 8, 2021; loving wife of Michael for 14 years; proud dog mom of Bella (deceased), Queenie, Trigger, Baron and rescued cat Stormy; dear mother of Greg Zorn (Jen) and grandmother of Aiden and Audrey; sister of "the baddest one" Bill McMillen (Renita); loving aunt of many. She was an avid gardener and belonged to several gardening clubs. She loved her dogs and spending time at the farm in Gustavus. Bonnie had a very charitable heart, she sponsored a child in Haiti through "Love a Child" and also gave to many other charities annually. Bonnie had many talents, she was an artist who painted with water colors, creating many paintings and cards. Whenever she would paint a card for someone, they would tell her that they framed it. She also was an excellent cook. She was a vegetarian, but could make any dish to perfection, she could even camouflage chicken many different ways. There are many things that could be said about this beautiful and loving woman, but then you could be reading a book. She will forever be loved and missed by anyone who knew her. She had a very strong and loving faith for God, and she knew the Bible inside and out. Bonnie's last request for the people who knew her or reads this would be do download the app for "The Chosen" and watch the series. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, June 27, 2021 from 2-5pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in memory of Bonnie to a charity of your choice.
