Douglas W. Foulkes, age 58; beloved husband of Tessie (nee Quirarte); loving father of Jason Shaffer (Holly); cherished grandpa of Nathan and Rayna; devoted son of Keith (deceased) and Mary (nee Zullo); loving brother of Debbie Radak (Jeffrey), Judy Foulkes and Keith Foulkes Jr. (Kate); dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle and friend of many. Doug loyally served many years as Union Steward and proud member of the UWUA Local 270, working nearly 40 years for First Energy. He was an exceptional athlete, loved sports and was an avid golfer. Friends may call at GOLUBSKI DELIBERATO FUNERAL HOME (AT VODRAZKA FUNERAL HOME), 6505 BRECKSVILLE RD., INDEPENDENCE, FOR VISITATION ON SUNDAY, MAY 31, 2020 FROM 4-8PM.
