Gene Edward Monty, age 91; went home to the Lord on his birthday, March 1, 2023; beloved husband of the late Lenore (nee Musial); loving father of Robert (Kathy, deceased); dearest grandfather of Jeremy; dear uncle of many. US Army Korean War Veteran; Gene liked traveling to Las Vegas to visit family, sight see and enjoy the shows. Family and friends may call at GOLUBSKI DELIBERATO FUNERAL HOME, 4747 TURNEY RD., CORNER OF GARFIELD BLVD., FOR VISITATION ON MONDAY, MARCH 6, 2023 FROM 4-8PM. Prayers at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 7 at 9:15am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Martin of Tours Church, 15600 Turney Rd., Maple Hts., at 10:00am. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
