Mary Ann Snyderwine

Mary Ann Snyderwine, age 91 of Garfield Heights, OH, formerly of Erie, PA and Cleveland, OH, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2021; beloved wife of the late Robert C. Sr.; loving mother of Paul (Pepper), David (deceased), Marie Ore (Tom), Elizabeth, Marti (Sue), Bob Jr. (Carol) and John; cherished grandmother of nine and great grandmother of two; dearest sister of Michael, Paul, and the following deceased siblings: Florence, Thomas, James, John, and Robert.

Mary Ann was a graduate of East High School in Cleveland, OH where she competed regionally and received honors as best Chemistry student in Cleveland, OH. She received a full scholarship to Notre Dame College, South Euclid, OH, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Math.

Prior to her marriage, she worked at General Electric in Schenectady, NY, and later assisted in heart-lung machine research in Cleveland, OH.

Mary Ann married her beloved Bob in 1954, and they then moved to Erie, PA. They were founding members of Our Lady of Peace and of the Christian Family Movement at this church. She was a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament in Erie and St. Gabriel of Mentor, OH.

Mary Ann enjoyed family camping, sewing, and knitting baby blankets as gifts. She also enjoyed reading, Jeopardy, and completing crossword puzzles.
