Sister Mary Peter Slawinski

Sister Mary Peter Slawinski, SSJ-TOSF, age 98; beloved daughter of Walter and Solome (nee Draus) (both deceased); loving sister of Sister Liguori Slawinski, SSJ-TOSF, Leonard Slawinski (Justine) (both deceased), Walter Slawinski (deceased) (Dolores), Joseph Slawinski (deceased), Francis Slawinski (Frances) (both deceased) and Barbara Szozesiul (deceased) (Frank); dearest aunt and great aunt of many; Sr. Mary Peter is survived by the Sisters of Saint Joseph, Third Order of Saint Francis, with whom she shared her life for 64 years. Sr. Mary Peter is a veteran of the United States Army, serving as a nurse during World War II. Visitation at St. Joseph Chapel at Marymount Congregational Home, 12215 Granger Rd., Garfield Heights on Friday, October 8, 2021 from 3-5 and 6-7 pm, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 7:00 pm. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Marymount Congregational Home.
