Danny Deliberato was a licensed Funeral
Director and owner/operator of Golubski Deliberato Funeral Home from 1971 until
the time of his passing in 2020. The Golubski Deliberato tradition began in 1969
when Danny married Marilyn Golubski, daughter of Anthony and Alice Golubski.
The family and staff of Golubski Deliberato Funeral Home are committed to
sustaining Danny’s legacy by continuing to provide the same level of care that
Danny so passionately instilled in all of us.

Marilyn Golubski Deliberato has served as a Licensed Funeral Director for Golubski Deliberato Funeral Home for over 50 years. She is the third generation of licensed professionals since her grandfather established Golubski & Sons Funeral Home in 1913. Her main focus with the funeral home is bereavement & grief counseling. Marilyn is co-author of the publication "Season of Special Days: A Journal for Coping with Grief." As an extension of her ministry, she has facilitated numerous bereavement support groups throughout the Cleveland area. In 2001, Marilyn spoke at Cleveland State University-College of Urban Affairs on bereavement and recovery after the death of a loved one. Most recently, Marilyn was commissioned as a Minister of Consolation through the Cleveland Catholic Diocese. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Marymount Hospital Health Care Systems and as been commissioned as a Lector and Extraordinary Minister of Saints Peter and Paul Church and St. Basil Church. Marilyn belongs to many civic and volunteer organizations throughout the community.

In 1996, Matthew Deliberato became the fourth generation of funeral directors carrying on the Golubski Deliberato tradition.
Matthew was also admitted to the Ohio State Bar Association in May of 1999 and continues as a practicing attorney in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Elder Law. Matthew is a graduate of St. Ignatius High School, Loyola University - Chicago and Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
As a devoted member of his community, he has served as a Governor appointed Board Member for the Garfield Heights Financial Oversight Committee, as Treasurer of St. Therese/SS. Peter and Paul Federal Credit Union, as a Board Member on the Garfield Heights Chamber of Commerce, as a Board Member of the Marymount Child Care Center and is a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
Matthew’s first priority and passion is for his wife, Katie, and their twin children, Luca and Grace.

Jason began working at the funeral home at the age of 16 while a junior at Trinity High School. After graduating in 1996, he attended Cleveland State University while still working at the funeral home and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication in May of 2000. In 2002 after completing all requirements he became a Licensed Funeral Director. Jason currently manages the day to day operations of the funeral home, and when not serving families, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kristy and daughter Emma, Cleveland Indians baseball and fishing.
